The product’s role
Syntonise summarizes communication patterns and offers general decision support. It cannot know another person's feelings, predict reconciliation, verify honesty, diagnose mental health or attachment style, or replace a therapist, lawyer, doctor, or emergency service.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the files you provide and the actions you take. Only use conversations you are lawfully permitted to process. Respect requests for no contact, blocks, boundaries, and the other person's right not to engage.
Prohibited use
Do not use Syntonise to stalk, threaten, impersonate, deceive, pressure, blackmail, monitor, or manipulate another person; to evade a block or boundary; or to make high-impact legal, employment, housing, credit, medical, or safety decisions.
Safety
If a situation involves threats, violence, stalking, coercion, self-harm, or immediate danger, stop using relationship analysis as the primary response. Contact appropriate emergency services or qualified local support.
Subscriptions
The Syntonise membership costs $29 USD per month and renews automatically until cancelled. There is no free trial unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. You can update your payment method, view invoices, or schedule cancellation from Manage billing in your account. A scheduled cancellation remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
Seven-day guarantee
Your first subscription payment is covered by a seven-calendar-day money-back guarantee. To request it, email hello@syntonise.com within seven days of that first payment. The guarantee applies once per customer, covers the initial payment only, and refunds are returned to the original payment method. Renewal charges are not included.
Production readiness
These foundation terms communicate the intended product boundaries. They require jurisdiction-specific legal review, operator identity, governing-law terms, support details, and finalized billing policies before accepting customers.
